I like the cleanliness and convenience of the gym. I have never had a gym membership before, so I took advantage of the tutorial so I could understand how the machines worked. I also enjoy the zumba classes, in addition to the women's room and cinema room.
Love the friendliness of staff, it's very important to me. Love all the free amenities but am really loving the classes and really wish you would add more, especially Yoga. Middletown Yoga teacher Rachel is amazing, love her! Red light therapy in Wallingford is cool, can you add one in Middletown? Nice clean gyms, comfortable atmosphere, thanks!

Lots of machines and a great personal trailer. However, I don't like that I pay for the orange card to include classes but no one checks that everyone in class is an orange member. Are lesser paying people using the classes without paying for them? Also, the Saturday morning Zumba teacher in Ridgefield is not very good. She needs more dance moves and less calisthenics. I would also like to pay the recent promo price.

I brought my boyfriend on a trial basis and he is thinking about cancelling his current gym membership and joining Club 24.

I like that the club is open 24 hours on weekdays, that the equipment is in good condition, and that it is not over-crowded.
Staff is friendly and helpful, plenty of equipment, convenient location.
The only improvement I can see is longer hours on weekends. Closing at 6pm is a little tough if you're someone who prefers to work out at night.
It's a nice gym but a little limited. The New Milford location needs higher weighted dumbbells and an un-assisted dip machine

I like the overall atmosphere... lots of different ages ... everyone there to improve their health.
Convenient location. Pleasant staff. Locker rooms could use a little more attention; perhaps more benches and fix the damaged lockers. The benches look like they were stolen from an elementary school - make them larger....

when the club will be closed due to holidays or weather.

The volume of machines
the time i get to use the gym. what i don't like is when you want to use a machine someone is setting on it playing with their phone.

I primarily use the stairmaster, ot which there are 4. I never have to wait. Staff is very friendly. The facility is kept clean. I would like to see additional benches in mens locker room. An additional stall would be nice for those times the one and only is out of service. Thanks.
