Its a very comfortable environment for people of all ages and abilities. I do find some of the movies offensive- language, content and since there are younger people on occasion think perhaps more discrimination should be used

Location and open atmosphere
The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I always see the staff cleaning which is a big plus and you can't beat the membership price.
I like the convenient location of the Ridgefield club. But I also like that I've never had to wait for cardio equipment, and they have everything I need as far weights and resistance machines. It's a great gym at a great price!

I never have to wait to use the resistance equipment. I also like the "movie" room...I forget I'm exercising and before I know it, I've put in the amount of time I set for myself!

Cleanliness, uplated equipment, and the crossfit areas are awesome.
Great gym! Only suggestion is that you should play music through out the gym. It's a motivation for people who dont have headphones or cannot use their headphones while running on the treadmill or other machines. Thank you!
