Friendly staff, immaculate facilities, and a wide variety of workout options (every machine possible, 1:1 training, and group training). Afterburn is incredible. TV at every cardio station to alleviate boredom.

Movie theater cardio room is my favorite
The "movie" room - when it works. Choice of movies is generally good. I like the individual sauna too but the person in front of me generally does not clean up after himself... always leaves sweat on the glass door.

I really like how the afterburn classes are set up. By doing afterburn classes is making me shape off and helping me by losing weight, the traniers are helpful to me by modifiyling the excerises.
