I love the instructors and variety in the work out. The mix of cardio + strength training is perfect for weight loss, mental health and fitness level!
OTF is accessible to and inclusive of all abilities. It provides a positive, motivating environment that allows you to be yourself, whether to ur starting point is low (mine is!) or your performance is consistently high. There a terrific balance of predictability and diversity in work out programming keeping your daily/weekly/monthly workout interesting and far from formulaic.
I LOVE ORANGE THEORY!!! I love the whole package! The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, encouraging, and truly interested in helping all of us get the best workout possible. I also love the music, the fact that every workout is different enough to keep working out interesting, and I get a great workout in an hour! The staff are very friendly, encouraging, and helpful. This is the only workout style that has given me results. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ORANGE THEORY FITNESS!!

The intensity!
I love the fact that I'm always pushed outside of my comfort zone. The fact as well that the facility is always kept up so we'll, makes it a distraction-free opportunity to give the workout my all. But what hooks me is the analytics and the enthusiasm of the employees. I love seeing my progress, but equally powerful is the encouraging atmosphere that flourishes here.
I LOVE the energetic atmosphere! The ability to self-monitor my own progress using the "OTbeat burn" heart rate monitor is awesome too. Each workout is very different and challenging, which is an added plus:)

The energy Jenn was giving was infectious! I also liked the guided workouts it makes it great for people like me who don’t know what to do at the gym. The zone heart rate tracker is such a brilliant idea, it really pushes me to beast mode and to really reach my potential in getting the perfect workout that you can feel even after the initial routine.
I love Orangetheory because I don't have to think about what kind of a workout I'm going to do. They do all that for me. It's like my personal trainer.
I love knowing at the end of the hour I have worked my entire body. I also love the variety in workouts.. I never get bored. And best of all I love all the instructors that keep me motivating and smiling:)
The motivation the heart rate monitor/screen adds. I also prefer classes over working out on my own.
Great instructor named Sarah was very attentive to all the clients form & would give shout outs with names! Made me feel pretty darn good especially when I’m pushing it and not just lallygagging. Of course if she knew you had an injury, she would be more attentive to that person. Music was awesome too!!

Everyone was so friendly. I didn't expect to sign up for a membership the day I went in (I wanted to take my free class, think on it, then sign up... and I most likely was going to sign up anyway, but...) the head trainer was so nice, Toni the Coach that class was AMAZINGLY SWEET and I just had fun so I signed up before I left. I can tell you I signed up that day, right after class because of the PEOPLE. I can tell everyone who was working that day was good at what they do, love what they do, and genuinely care for people. It was also very accessible. I feel like if you were just starting your fitness journey the Orange Theory System is do-able for all ages and all abilities. It may seem over-whelming at first, but this Team at South Hill got you!
