What do you like about our workout?

It burns a lot of calories!
The workouts are never boring and they are always challenging.
The music is fantastic.
The coaches and staff at Federal Way are genuinely nice people.
I can expect the same level of quality in the coaches for any class time I choose.
The app is easy to use.
I always walk out of the studio feeling better than ever.
The positive reinforcement from the app, stats, and Instagram helps me to keep going.
There is comradery and encouragement from fellow Orange Theory members.

What do you like about our workout?

Love the daily workout variety. You know each workout will involve the treadmill, rower and floor exercises, but the classes are never the same. The Gig Harbor coaches are well trained and talk you through the class exercises with encouragement and enthusiasm that creates positive energy. When you think you cannot possibly complete the exercises, the coach's positive encouragement and energy gets you through the doubt.

The staff at OTF Lake Tapps do an amazing job of building relationships with all members.

We could use some new treadmills though!

What do you like about our workout?

The whole experience at West Seattle from start to finish is exactly how you'd want to spend an hour of your day working out to look like. From the friendly greating of staff at the front desk, to the energy of the coaches and their playlists, and then being thanked for coming upon leaving. That location is thriving and I'm lucky to be a member there.

What do you like about our workout?

Efficient effective workout, results already after 20 workouts. Coaches are fantastic, especially Luis, Donovan and Julia O. Facility is clean and everyone is always encouraging!

I love the variety, energy, motivation, coaching, accountability, and the fact that every day is different and I'm never bored. I've been going to OTF for 5+ years and still love it!

The front desk staff and management are amazing! Always know clients names and smiling when we come into class. They also know our preferences and acknowledge them. Coaching is great too. Also clean bathrooms and studio!

I really like the variety and that it is different every day. It always includes a full body work out...which pushes me harder than I EVER would on my own! The coaches bring a fun and positive energy which I really appreciate.

What do you like about our workout?

Love that it's a full body workout! I would definitely not put the same amount of effort in if I was working out alone at home. Great way to have some fun and feel good!
