Great music! Always different which means I don’t get bored.
It is heart healthy focused, about improving quality of life and longevity, not necessarily about "toning" or reaching an unattainable body image. I like that it is a full body workout and am motivated by the music, other people in the class, and variety of exercises. The coaches are great and I feel like it is as close as you can get to an affordable personal trainer. I also appreciate how much cardio is in each class.
That its a guided, intense workout but I'm allowed to set my own pace.
It's nice to see how hard I'm working and the coach is always there to help push you a little harders.

Coach Megan T is incredible. She is the embodiment of bringing passion to every day. She coaches every day like it’s her last, causing me to leave everything I have in the studio. Even when I wanna take the proverbial foot off the pedal, I never want to shortchange the workout. Because Megan never shortchanges us.

The talented trainers who explain the purpose of ea session; encouraging the students every step of the way during interval training on the treads, the rowers and in the weight room. Every class is different and challenging which is why I enjoy Orangetheory Fitness and keep coming back.
It's fun and challenging – and I enjoy someone else coming up with different workouts as well as a positive, energetic environment!
I love how welcoming and encouraging the staff and instructors are. The workouts are fast moving and geared to help me reach my fitness goals.
The workouts are great. I wish there was more focus on form correction and giving a little bit more of personal attention.

I love the instructors and variety in the work out. The mix of cardio + strength training is perfect for weight loss, mental health and fitness level!
OTF is accessible to and inclusive of all abilities. It provides a positive, motivating environment that allows you to be yourself, whether to ur starting point is low (mine is!) or your performance is consistently high. There a terrific balance of predictability and diversity in work out programming keeping your daily/weekly/monthly workout interesting and far from formulaic.
I LOVE ORANGE THEORY!!! I love the whole package! The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, encouraging, and truly interested in helping all of us get the best workout possible. I also love the music, the fact that every workout is different enough to keep working out interesting, and I get a great workout in an hour! The staff are very friendly, encouraging, and helpful. This is the only workout style that has given me results. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ORANGE THEORY FITNESS!!
