It's a great and most importantly a consistent way to get the right workout for cardio and strength building that uses a variety of exercises to keep the workouts fresh. I love the convenience of picking a time on my phone app; it's incredibly intuitive and I never have an issue. It's great for anyone, especially perfect for super-busy people who can only afford an 1 hour to workout but minimal planning and thinking for it.

I never intended to go to OTF. I have tried multiple gyms and never been consistent. I saw an ad on FB Jan 2022 talking of OTF, and signed up for a free class. It’s been 12 months now and I am a fan for life. This is what gets me through work and life. The workout is a dedicated 60 minutes that are intentional.
But more than that. It’s the staff - from the front desk to the coaches that make OTF of Renton highlands a gem. They treat you like family. Brandon, Luke, Rhyan and some amazing ladies as well. Coach Shawna, Luis, Dana,Josh,Jenna, Zake and Morgan - are all intentional coaches that have their own special sauce for their classes. I highly recommend OTF of Renton highlands. OTF is a great workout. However it’s the people that run the Renton highlands OTF that make the place special. I have heard reviews of other OTF facilities, where it’s not great. That makes me grateful for this group of people and a loyal customer. And I know I am on my way to better health and well being. Thank you OTF Renton highlands
Instructors are friendly and clear with direction, I can go at my own pace but still feel as pushed as I’d like.

Great upbeat and welcoming staff. The workouts are fun and get you going. I love that you are not doing the same thing everyday and you have a motivating couch to guide you through your workout.
Pushes me harder than I push myself
I like that you don’t need any special skills. You just show up and put in the effort. The workouts are planned and the instructors are amazing. The music is pumping and before you know it you’ve accomplished it!
The workout and several coaches make it easy to give OT a 9 rating. It’s easy to workout in other cities. But there is some Improvements that can be made at this location. This location had the best coaches 3 years ago. After those coaches left, Covid and change of ownership have provided to be challenging to get back to the same level of studio excellence we once had. Wait lists can be a problem.

Good work out
Being able to see my individual heart rate and how I can make my workout better for me personally was extremely helpful! I also enjoy that everyone is working at their own goals so there is no pressure to do anything outside of what is best for you.
Strong instructors with clear instruction, ever changing workouts, fun challenges throughout the year, nice group of members in the studio. Great play lists!
It’s an all in workout which is not the same everyday. Great to workout with a team right after a long day at work!
Full body workout
I love that I get in a great workout. The coaching pushes me further than I would myself. Cardio and strength in an hour- done!

Variety and getting heart pumping. Great way to start the day 🏋️♂️
It’s wonderful to have a “personal trainer,” even in a group setting. Not having to plan my workouts is a big stress relief and makes it much more enjoyable for me. I also like the accountability of having to sign up for your classes as it gives me that needed push to honor my scheduling commitment.
