Good coaches, very efficient way to combine strength and cardio training. The heart rate monitor is a nice way to keep track of how hard I am working. Also a nice member community.
I love that I am in control of how hard I want to work any given day, due to the heart rate monitor. Although it is a group class, the workout is still personal for me because of this.
I love that it combines strength and endurance in a one hour workout. I love the ability to measure aerobic levels without effort. I love being challenged by the coaches and getting a variety of workouts—i.e. avoiding plateaus—without having to plan them myself. Is that enough to warrant a “10”?
