I love the treadmill blocks! I do wish there were more core exercises such as planks, side planks, etc. I also wish you would add weighted bars for squats. Is it possible to make certain days dedicated to legs, arms, abs, etc? Overall, love the workouts. Thanks

The OrangeTheory workout gives me the structure and variety that I didn’t even know I needed. I feel like every workout is different!
I like both the Lift 45 and the signature workouts. I end up doing a much better workout than I would if I were going to a regular gym, for example I don’t really like rowing but it’s tolerable in the context of an interval workout lol. The coaches give lots of modifications and also help with form on the weight floor. I always enjoy the music at the studio too!
The coaches and staff are terrific and in over eight years, I have never done the same workout twice!
I love that the workout is different every time i go to class! Love the instructors, and the loud music keeps me energized! It is always clean, the front desk staff is friendly. What a great community!
