What do you like about our workout?

First, let me say that I wish the 90 minute classes would stage a come-back! That being said, I love that I don’t have to plan my workout on OTF days-I just book and show up. Also, I love that even though it’s pre-planned, it is still completely customizable to suit my needs! The workouts motivate me to challenge myself and I love that we get to run (or walk), row, and lift in one workout.

What do you like about our workout?

I love OTF workouts because they are challenging but do-able. Every day is different which keeps it fun and exciting. It would be impossible for me to replicate one of these workouts on my own.

The coaching team is excellent. Especially Skylar who is extremely knowledgeable, has a fun style, and makes the classes go quick with high energy. I enjoy the classes, and it is easy for me to keep coming back versus losing motivation. It has made a big difference in my fitness level. I really like the diversity of workouts, the various benchmarks and different style of classes, and the high energy of music and coaches combined. I like that it has lockers where we can put our stuff.

What do you like about our workout?

OTF is hands down the most efficient coached 1 hour workout you will find in Tri-Cities. Absolute plug and play. Just show up and go. The coaches are great and will give you 1 - 1 instruction as needed. OTF classes allow you to spend more time exercising and you you don’t waste time standing around waiting for a machine or to locate > assemble > disassemble equipment. In my first 30 days , every single workout seemed to be different; I did not see any that were repeated. Give it a fair chance and you will feel real gains in your fitness levels in the first 2-3 weeks.

What do you like about our workout?

Every workout is different. And I’m always happy when I can complete the workout. The coaches are very encouraging and keep me motivated. The staff is great and know my name when I walk in the door. Facility is clean and they participate in charitable causes.
