Shout out to the Capitol Hill coaches! They are amazing at creating a motivating space for everyone. I also love how the workout changes each day. I always feel challenged! I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoy the partner days. Initially, I was filled with a kind of “last kid to be picked in gym class” dread, but the other members are so encouraging and I work harder than I thought possible on these days..
I love the upbeat coaches and positive energy.. I love that every workout is different, and challenges you no matter what your fitness level is. The coaches and staff are always supportive
High interval training is great. But incline is tough on knees, introducing elliptical will be a great idea.
It motivates me to push myself beyond what I would do on my own. And far cheaper than a personal trainer.

I love my OTF workouts because I know that while I will be pushed to give my best, I'll be supported and encouraged at every step. The coaches make every session fun and the community created and fostered by the Studio Manager, SA's, and members is an amazing thing to be a part of!

I like the exercises we do, the variety of exercises, the coaches, and pushing myself when I see others working just as hard. I like the over all total body workout with cardio. It’s the type of work out that I respond to.
Workout schedule is already designed, I don't have to worry about it. It has variety and flexibility to adjust to one's needs. The scheduled hourly sessions and the team oriented environment motivates me to wake up every morning and engage in the workout.
It’s different every time which keeps me on my toes. 😁

I like that it removes the cognitive load from working out, all I have to decide is when to go. I know that as long as I show up I am going to get a really great workout in 60 minutes.
I like the variety. Group classes with a trainer really work for me. All the motivation and excitement but not being watched alone the whole time.
Super efficient - pushes me to the limit but not over the limit - great data / helps me see performance.
I love the energy of the coaches and staff and it’s an hour of intense exercise that I don’t have to think about. I always feel like i accomplished something afterwards even when the workouts are super intense. I’ve recommended Orange Theory to multiple friends and coworkers. Love it and so happy to be part of it!

Appreciate the new treadmills and screens on the treadmills to help monitor heart rate. The coaching staff has also added some great new people.
I like that I’m in and out in an hour, I like the encouragement and coaching but without the pressure to compete, I like knowing exactly what my body is doing via the heart monitor.
