I love that you workout the whole body in an hour, you get both cardio and strength training together. There’s so much variety in the workouts you never get bored. I love how the coaches push you gently but also support you for going at your own pace. I am competing only against myself, and don’t feel any pressure, which is the best part!

I like that I have a monitor to track my heart rate during my workout. I had a heart attack 6 yrs ago and need to keep between 130-150 max. I also have a bad back so the trainers help to alter the workout if needed.
The workouts are efficient and effective. The coaches Julia O., Jenny and Donovan are clear and motivating. Jenny manages her crew well as they are professional and welcoming. She runs a tight ship and keeps the gym feeling clean and organized.
I like the push we get, I’ve lacked that in my normal workouts and I can already see my growth from just two classes.

Timely and effective
The trainers are excellent and experienced in helping advise on modification exercises and alternative exercises. I love the strength and cardio aspect of the workouts and the warm greeting that is received immediately as you walk in!

Aurelie is simply the best coach ever. She is so personable and challenges you at your level, never making you feel bad about what you can't do yet. She pushes you and brings smiles and laughter during the workout.

Such a great workout! So much better than I could ever do by myself in the gym for an hour. The classes are reliably challenging, but are also switched up so you're never bored of the workout or the format. The technology aspect is really helpful (and much improved since I was first doing OTF back in 2016/2017) and motivational. 12/10!
I like the variety each time I come to class and that individuals can go at their own pace and comfort level. I like that it feels like a complete workout every time. I like the positivity and motivation from coaches.

The organization and efficiency of how the entire facility is run are quite impressive. The instructors have fantastic contagious attitudes. The facility is clean, the equipment is in top-notch condition. I have belonged to a lot of fitness facilities, and put Orange Theory at the top of my list.
Variety and the cardio basis
Orange Theory is the most convenient and efficient workout, while also being fun! I really appreciate that I can just show up and have a full workout already planned for me. After 3 months of going, I’m pretty much guaranteed to burn over 500 calories each class and I never find myself wondering how much time is left because it goes by so fast!
