The cardio was AWESOME. And the intensity of the workout overall was great. My heart rate was up the whole time but I still felt like I could pace myself and get through it.

I have loved my experience with the University Place OTF studio. Everyone is incredibly friendly and it's a positive environment. The only feedback I have, which I hate to admit - I do wish coach Taylor was less militant in her classes. Since Chelsay stopped teaching, Taylor has stepped in. I imagine some may prefer her style but for me I like to feel supported for doing my best, and to be re-assured that it's ok to take breaks and go at my own pace. I hate to complain but that's my honest opinion and it does impact my excitement going to and participating in her classes.
The coaches Radhika, Brian, and head coach Cherri are fantastic. The front desk crew of Iryna, Peter, and Miguel are always welcoming and professional. I've achieved many of my fitness goals with all of their support and actively refer anyone in my network to give OT a try when they are ready to invest some of their time in themselves.
This is hands down the best orange theory studio I’ve ever been in! Everyone working here has been incredibly supportive and helpful in my fitness journey. Also, all of my favorite coaches have been in this location! I love how they keep the studio clean and stocked with my favorite supplies!

I love the coaches, the energy and how quickly the workouts fly by. I feel challenged and great when done.
Having coaches nearby who help adjust techniques and give feedback. I like getting a full body workout in one hour that pushes me. I can feel myself getting stronger, and for the first time in my life, at 37 years old, I can run two miles without feeling like I'm going to die!
I enjoy the workout variety, calorie burn is real, and it improves your endurance. You can trim off a new minutes a mile if you train at OTF regularly. Paired with a balanced diet, it is also a great way to trim excess weight. I always feel exhausted after a workout and that means it did its job!

I am a loyal member due to the energy and variety of the workouts, the coaching and team feeling during the workouts. They push me when I need pushing!
I love that every class is different, with different objectives. I also like that there is always a coach who is motivating you as well as correcting how to do some exercise if it's needed.
