Amazing class i love OTF
I absolutely love going to Orangetheory! I’ve been a runner and fitness fanatic my entire life and I am probably in the best shape for my overall body from doing OTF. I look forward to it :-5 times a week, even when I travel, as you can find studios almost everywhere. The coaches at the Ballard studio are top notch…it’s my little community, which makes the workout fun! Tryy hi it and you will be addicted!
The coaches are great and they care about helping us improve our fitness levels. They give lots of encouragement. The one hour format of treadmill, rower and weight floor is efficient and I'm always dripping with sweat when I'm done. The energy there is good. The check in people are nice and friendly and remember my name. The gym is clean. I enjoy working out to music. It motivates me!
It's always different, I don't have to think about what to do, and I always have a great workout.

I love that I can just come to class and all the thought and plan has been done for me. The inspiration and instructions from the coach keep me motivated and accountable that I am doing the workouts properly.

I love that you work on strength and cardio in one hour. The coaches are encouraging and you do not feel judged if you're not the "most athletic".
1 hour a day of suck to ensure the other 23 hours are fantastic!
That it’s preplanned and I don’t have to think about it. I also like working in three different areas to mix it up and use different muscles.
I love the coaching staff and the encouragement they bring to each work out, it really motivates me. I also enjoy just showing up and not having to plan my own work outs! I always leave feeling so good :)

It’s all inclusive of weight training, cardio and rowing. It’s not boring because it’s the same kind of workout. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There are different coaches for different days and approaches are unique
