It makes time fly by! And the app helps you get into the studio! Even when you feel like not going. An appointment easily created with some incentives not to cancel is very motivating.

The best part of Orange Theory is having the workout already planned for you. For those of us who are a little clueless in the gym, this makes for a more enjoyable and much safer experience. Every workout is “challenging but doable”.
The staff at the University Place location are friendly and always have a smile on their face when I walk in the door, and the coaches are full of positive energy and encouragement during each class. Thanks, UP!

I just love everything about OTF. I’ve been going consistently since the beginning of October 2022. Total game changer for me in terms of the goals I had set for myself for weight loss, fitness & overall body strength.
It bothers me when I cannot attend due to vacation or illness. I really miss it as it’s so much part of my routine now.
I also love the times each session is set at, something to suit everyone.

It is so easy to zone out when you're being guided by the coaches. You'll have an amazing workout without even knowing it.
I like the set up and the variety of workouts and rotations in between. The staff is friendly, motivating and knowledgeable too. I have faith coming to these classes will help bring me closer to my health and fitness goals.

- Lift 45 (once a day is great)
- Instructors
- Flexibility for freeze
- If possible they ask our preference to start rower / floor / tread which I love
- They try to leave a space between people if number of people allows
- lot of challenges (not sure if I like to pay for it, as the membership is pretty high)
Cons:
- membership is high compared to other gyms/activities
Appreciate the structure. I hate going to the gym, wondering what to do. OT creates an environment where you can continually press yourself to improve with every workout. The trainers are great and offer support at a personalized level. The guidance to improve form has made workouts more effective. They know I am driven and they gently encourage greater performance every day.
I like the wide variety of different exercise. Classes are never the same.
The staff is fantastic.

The workouts are always different, coaches are great, and you can alter your workouts for injuries. Fun place to meet people.
