Really loved the coach (Lisa); she did a great job.
I like the mix of consistent elements and variable elements. For example, there is always some treadmill, but one session will use interval training while another will use fewer, longer blocks (for endurance). That mix of consistency and variability makes OTF a good exercise foundation.
Orangetheory Give a great well-rounded workout for all ages. It's challenging and each person can workout at their level/ability and keep growing in strength and endurance.

Variety
I like the variety of the workouts we do in class. They are always different. I like my heart rate moniyand how I'm able to see my heart working in different zones. It helps me push harder or slow down
I like the variety and that the workouts target different muscle groups each time. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful, and I get a much more thorough workout than I’d get if I was exercising by myself.
coaches are great and that there’s a new workout every single day never know what you’re going to get. Also perfect balance of cardio and weights. People are friendly and it’s a very positive environment.

Variety, I do prefer the 3G's, but the other workouts have variety and are well planned.
