No two days are the same. I love the variety of workouts and the variation within each workout. The coaches are high energy and positive, plus they bring great music to keep me motivated.

I like that it is mine! We all do the same routine but coaches affect each person differently- push and then know what I’m capable of!

I like that it is one hour long. The coaches keep you motivated and tell you what you need to do next. I look forward to going because it’s not boring. Bonus is all the new friends I’ve meet. The super bonus is I can see results.

What do you like about our workout?

Love the coaches the atmosphere and I love to be pushed and challenged beyond my limits. I was a Crossfitter but due to certain circumstances I've had to find an alternative and this was it! I have seen the best results here and I'm really happy. My only hang up is I wish the studios were bigger and better designed to accommodate it's many members.

What do you like about our workout?

OTF has been a great channel to get me back into shape and meet my health goals. The team at my home studio are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely encouraging. The flexibility of being able to access any studio in the States really works for my lifestyle and will keep me accountable during my busy work travels.

Thanks OTF and a special thanks to the Capitol Hill Seattle team...you all rock!

I love that it pushes me to workout harder...I'm a little competitive!! I also love the coaches and how I just show up and the workout is ready for me. I don't have to plan out my workout!

It’s been an amazing month and a half since I joined OTF! I love the structure of classes, I get an amazing workout every time I’m in and the staff are always friendly. Definitely a worthy investment in my health.

What do you like about our workout?

Orangetheory has been a lifesaver/lifechanger for us! Both my husband and myself go to OTF Redmond and have found great improvement in our general fitness, strength and stamina!
All the coaches are very proficient in their job, make exercising fun and ensure that we are doing it right. I have attended sessions with Christine, Dominic, Kristy, Peyton and Robin and found all of them very friendly and each have a fun way of motivating us to push a little further than our comfort zone.
The office staff and manager are all very friendly and welcome you with a smile! Brooke makes an effort to remember names of all, which makes it even more personal! :)

About the workout sessions, each session is different and that is what makes it more fun and less boring. I enjoy every workout session. Over the past 4 months, my strength to lift heavier weights has increased and rowing has improved. Robin helped me correct my rowing posture, which helped me row with efforts applied the right way. I still don't enjoy rowing, but I know am doing it right whenever I do it! :) Overall, I feel more energetic throughout the day, even when on days when I don't go to OTF.

I would highly recommend Orangetheory to anyone who is looking for discipline, variety in workouts, or just started the fitness regime! Do give it a try and you will get hooked on!

Redmond OTF is the best!! The coaches re top notch! They are enthusiastic and help you reach your goals. The studio is wonderful about celebrating successes on Facebook. They provide a positive and close community with fun events for members. The manager, Brooke, goes above and beyond to help members. She is quick with any follow-ups. The workouts are fun and challenging with modifications for anyone. Coaches personally challenge me so I can get my best workout and results!

What do you like about our workout?

I love that it changes all the time, keeps me engaged. The workouts are challenging but give flexibility for any adjustments that need to be made for the individual body. The coaches are knowledgeable, enthusiastic and I don't have a negative thing to say about any of them. I also happen to have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which means that intense cardio workouts like Spin class can trigger an episode as people like me don't get more energy from working out. That said, the Orangetheory method gives me the ability to monitor how often I'm climbing into the Red zone and be judicious in how long I spend in that zone. I think it has helped me ensure that I can continue strenuous workouts without triggering a full-blown CFS episode. I plan to be a member for a long time to come!

This is the most efficient and complete full body exercise available, in my opinion. I also love my coaches and I love the sense of community I experience at the branch I go to.

What do you like about our workout?

Someone else’s tells me what to do, and watches my time for me. I decide what feels good every single minute of the workout without worrying about checking a time or a stop watch— I just focus on my body and what I can do to push or relax it. I love that I don’t have to come up with exercises that compliment each other, I just do what they say to the best of my abilities and form.

What do you like about our workout?

Great coaches! Intense workouts. Friendly members and staff. I love the efficiency of working out my hardest for a solid hour and still continuing to burn calories 36 hours later based on the Orange Theory. I also enjoy not having to plan my workout or music. I just show up and they push me til time is up and the music is even great.
