It would be even better if you could provide more variety in music particularly at the locations where participants are diverse in ethnicity. I am not demanding a drastic change at all. Just a tune or two per session should make us Asians feel good.

I like that the facility is pristine, the employees are friendly, and the workout is coached. I like that the coaches constantly encourage everyone in general as well as individuals by name. I like the improvement I am seeing in what I am able to do compared to when I started. The difference is really dramatic. (The other day I did a plank for the first time ever in my life.) I like that the fitness I am achieving is spilling over into other parts of my life. I sleep like a baby, every workout is challenging, no one cares how old I am, I could go on and on.

Every time I walk in, I am greeted with “Hey! We are glad to see you!” The staff has taken the time to know me by name.
I am not very creative when it comes to working out. I was prone to ruts and many plateaus. Since joining OTF I have surpassed all of my fitness goals for 2019, in less than 6 months!
Everything! The encouragement from the coaches, the variety, the atmosphere of everyone working hard and having fun, the ease of scheduling.

The instructors are the BEST! Love Christina, Peyton & Kristy (the instructors i usually have). I really appreciate the feedback, whether it's how to change/improve to get the maximum benefit, improve form and perform the exercise correctly or to hear I'm doing a great job. The little things encourage me to work harder and it's nice to know that the instructors are paying attention and really care about each of us getting the most from our workouts.
I always feel like I get a really great workout at Orange Theory. The heart rate monitors make sure I'm pushing myself appropriately.
Booking the classes in advance keep me accountable.

I like that I’am pushed further then i would push myself . It’s like having a personal trainer for one hour. I like not having to think about what my workout will be, am I going to do upper today or lower body. I like that I break a major sweat!
This is the kind of motivation I need to get fit. I need scheduled classes. I need someone to tell me what to do. I don’t want to bulk up like a body builder I just want to be healthy. And that’s what I’ve found
I like that it keeps me accountable - I LOVE the coaches - I like that the workouts are different every day and I compete with myself - I like how my body has transitioned and the dedication only orange theory has given me(and trust me I’ve tried a lot)- It’s such a great positive uplifting place to go!
The workouts are always different and I can get my cardio and weights done in 1 hour.The Coaches are the Best they motivate you and explain the proper form to use.The music will keep you going and makes the class fly by.
