Down off the floor. The coaches have been awesome helping me adjust! Also I take a med that doesn’t allow my heart rate to rise so it’s hard to stay motivated now. The staff are so sweet and supportive I keep at it. I know the science is good and I work hard and I never loose an ounce! Oh well I feel

I love Orangetheory! I love the fantastic coach's. I am motivated and encouraged to not stop as I'm working out due to their coaching. I love how I feel through out the day after working out. I feel strong and healthy. If I was working out on my own, I would never accomplish what I am doing with Orangetheory.
It’s nice to not have to come up with your own different workouts every day. I like how it’s something new every day, but it’s also geared towards preparing for whatever challenge or benchmark is coming up next.
Four things stand out in my mind: In no particular order,
The workout is an all-over fitness workout incorporating cardio and resistance training both.
All classes are coached by certified coaches who who both direct the exercise routines and correct, as necessary, class participants' exercise form.
Participants wear heart rate monitors that track users' relative exercise intensity, categorizing them in steps - Green zone, which is 71% - 83% of max heart rate, Orange zone, which is 84% - 91%, Red zone, which is 92% and higher, enabling participants to hold themselves accountable for their effort expenditure. For each minute spent exercising in orange or red zones, participants are awarded a "splat" point. Standard class objective is to get at least 12 splats by class end.
The supportive social atmosphere of staff, coaches and class participants is inspirational and serves to promote and sustain participant interest.

Instructors are great and very personable. They are always sure to make corrections which I know can be intimidating but they do a great job. Music is good. Appreciate whenever teachers play EDM music, really creates a higher energy vibe- would love more whenever possible! The louder and more intense the better. Also love all of the 2G classes- I switched to this studio because I love that there are mostly 2G classes.
6+ years of being a member of the Lehi, UT Orange Theory Fitness family! It works for me and I love the coaches & community of fitness minded people I work out with! I highly recommend everyone try it out!
