The coaches are amazing!
I’m in horrible shape and can’t keep up with most other fitness classes. Orange Theory is exercising with people at my own pace. Everyone is supportive and there is no pressure to do more than I can. I feel like this is a place where I can actually get into good shape.
The variety. And I I also love Coach Jeff.
It’s hard but very very worth it. I break a good sweat and burn a good amount of calories every time I go. It’s the best feeling! And the coaches are so fun and full of energy which pushes you to keep going.

I love this gym the staff is so helpful and friendly they have the best music and I feel so welcome every time I go! It’s a different workout every day and I am so happy I tried it. I never thought I would love it like I do!!
It’s convenient, and I don’t have to do any of the thinking, I just show up and I know the music, workout, and timing will all be taken care of. It helps me focus more on my body and less on what my next thing is.
I think I do the workouts because of the cost and the accountability to others. Then I actually do it. I find it’s balanced and challenging and the coaches are always so kind and supportive!
I’m constantly moving, don’t have to wait for a machine or wonder what exercise to do next. The coaches are very motivating and take the time to show you how to correctly do the weights.
I love that I have guidance on how I do the workout. I recently had knee surgery and the coaches are really great to help me. When I was recovering, the studio checked in on me several times. I’m definitely very happy.
This had to be my first work out in 6 or 7 years. My body was fatigued but the coach kept everybody moving and so, I accomplished more than I thought I was going to. I'm really excited for the future and getting back in shape.
Love the variety and challenge. As a long distance runner, I love to incorporate a few HITT workouts each week.

I love that the workouts are changeling yet doable. The couches are supper helpful and will show you any modifications that you may need because of an injury. I would recommend to anyone to at least try a class and if you like it join, and if you don't at least you tried. You have nothing to lose so why not at least give it a try.
Balanced
I am a retiree and have been going to OTF for 13 months, minus 2 months of intermittent vacation time. I am stronger, have increased stamina and have increased ability on the treadmill and rowing machine. My chiropractor can actually tell a difference in my back and neck health when he does adjustments. Each session is a hard workout, but I leave feeling good about my self and with greater energy. The things about OTF that keep me coming back: Being able to measure progress and see it on the OTF app. Challenges. Having a variety each time in the workouts. The great coaches who are encouraging and do such a good job! Encouragement and friendliness of other participants. Encouragement, friendliness and positive feeling from OTF staff.

The passion, energy and commitment of coaches, staff and members keeps me motivated to show up to the class every time. Everyday changing routines are a great way to keep me fit and build strenght.

I love every coach at the AF OTF. I especially like when they correct my form or challenge me on the weight floor! Definitely an upbeat and positive approach for working out!!!

I like the variety; varying goals each block and class, varying exercises on the floor.
I really like the goal settings such as 'remember this distance so you can meet or beat it next block'.
I like expectation statements suxh as, 'if this speed isnt a struggle, its too slow'
I enjoy the encouragement, friendly atmosphere and friendships gained. Also get in great workouts!
