I like that I am able to go at my pace and that the coaches are able to modify my workout. I recently had knee replacement surgery, and the coach helped me on my first day back modify so I was able to do the class. They also texted me while on medical leave to check on my several times.
It gives me some good treadmill work with some different weight and rowing workouts that I wouldn’t do at home.
OTF Park City is my favorite workout studio. Everyone is friendly and know me on a first name basis. When I am slacking they will reach out to check in.
OTF is so good for me beyond my physical state but my mental as well.

Every workout is already choreographed and set to music-- I just need to show up and do my best!
I love that I show up and I am guranteed a hard worker regardless of how I might be feeling that day. It requires very little thinking or prep time on my part and I always walk away covered in sweat and feeling very accomplished! It's the best way to start my day keep my mental clarity in check.

I like everything about all the workouts at Orange Theory! The coaches make the magic happen. Every session is different and totally adaptable to all needs and variations. I love that I can get a great, customized workout - every time.
For the most part, the coaches are very high quality. Facility is clean, and the front desk staff are always super helpful. Head Coach Nicole is a rockstar and is the heart and soul of the place… and it shows.

I like the range of fitness the workout offers...running, rowing, and the variety of floor exercises. It's a total body workout, not just strength training and not just cardio...you can "check off" all of your daily fitness goals with just one OTF class.
The workout can be tailored to you- you can make it harder if you need to. Having coaches there to correct your form and make you better is also a plus. It is the best hour workout I have ever done!
It’s never the same work out so it keeps you on your toes. I love the focus on core strength and the coaches are absolutely amazing and very motivating.
First you should do it for your health, but it's a fun workout with great coaches and people.
When you have structure and encouragement in your workouts it's a bigger worthwhile workout!
