The workouts are the best when the coach has a great playlists & play their music LOUD! The music helps motivate the class!!

I love OTF! I've been a member since 1/2022 and I don't ever want to stop! I have clients that are members and it took one of them telling me that their favorite part is that you show up and the coaches just tell you what to do! 😄 I was intrigued enough to try a class The class was so hard (since I hadn't worked out in years) but I loved it so much, I signed up that day! I always get an amazing workout and there's so much variety, you never get bored. The coaches are fun and are so encouraging. The best experience! The front desk staff is so nice and have always been so helpful.

I like the motivation from our coaches as we work out! I push myself more because of it! I like the well rounded feel of cardio vs. weight training. I get a complete workout every time I come!
I don’t have to think about what to do and it’s a better workout than if I was deciding myself on what to do or not to do. I’m also given alternative exercises when needed.
I like many things about the workouts at OTF. Here are a couple of things: one thing is that the workouts are not boring and another thing is that you can adapt the workouts to fit your fitness level.
I love the efficient, total body workout! It is great to have a coach to motivate and direct the workout and to correct form.

I like the great coaches at the Holladay location and the fact the workout changes every day. I also like that the workout includes both cardio and weight lifting.
I love that I can go and not have to think about what I am going to do for my workout, I just go and follow instructions! The coaches are all great about explaining what you need to do and helpful when you aren't doing it right!!!
I also love that I am competing against myself and I can see progress. I am often the slowest in the class but it doesn't matter, everyone is concentrating on themselves. I have been coming to OT for 3 years, when I started I could walk at a 3.5 on the tread and didn't dare to let go of the handles. Today I ran at an all-out at an 8!!! (no handles!) As a 55 year old that hasn't really worked out regularly in my adult life, this is something I can commit to and maintain. I go 4x a week and it works for me!
