I love that I don't have to plan my workouts! I can just show up and know that I am getting a great workout with professionals that can fix my form so I don't hurt myself. The fellow classmates are kind and welcoming, and the teachers each bring their own energy to the class which makes me want to push myself. It's a great time!

I love the individualized attention I get from the coaches even in a group setting. I love when they give me input but also when I hear them giving everyone input so I can focus on form and improve every session.
Love the atmosphere, so many things make this the place to achieve your fitness goals from the coaches to the staff and especially the members , they all show up to cheer you on and keep you motivated.
The work out is different every time, and the coaches are very motivational!
I like the variety. Having trainers there giving real time critiques on form and technique, as well as pushing to encourage intensity makes these workouts hard to beat for 55 minutes. All of the Morocco studios have the best staff and trainers!
Coaching! Without them, it would be pointless for me. I do need their guidance & encouragement.
I like the immediate self monitoring afforded by the individual heart rate monitors so that you can better control your workouts for your own personal needs.
I benefit from watching my HR & SP on the display. I also like how the trainer switches the types of plyometrics & adding rowing to the mix.I feel I’m getting some great conditioning I wouldn’t get in my own.

I have learned so much already. The instructors are very nice, and are great at showing me how to do everything. I get such a better workout at Orangetheory than I have at other places. At Orangetheory they help me understand what I am doing, what I can do to make it better, and what my body needs. I haven't been here long, but I already love it.
The gym was vey spacious and clean, the instructors and staff are very friendly.

Everything. The overall approach strikes me as no bs. You have to be committed and it can help those of us who need commitment to get it. The staff was wonderful and first rate. Knowledgeable, personal awareness, attention, encouragement and trustworthy. The equipment is as fresh and need and user friendly as it could be. The interval workouts were fun, challenging, and of sufficient variety to make it interesting as well as more easily accomplished. A+++.
I love the lift class
Each workout is different so your never feel bored and always challenged. The trainers are amazing and are always available to help with modifications if needed. You never feel like just another member here. They take the time to get to know you and help you find the perfect workout.
Someone else tells me what to do, I just show up! The workout is always challenging, but I can modify when needed. The coaches and staff at my studio are the very best. I consider them friends and I am genuinely happy to be a part of that community.
