What do you like about our workout?

I like going to Orangetheory a lot! I enjoy going and having a coach tell me what to do, so I don’t have to think about what comes next. The coaches are great, they encourage but let me move at my own pace.

What do you like about our workout?

I like how the workouts change daily and continue to challenge me. I am not certain why you did away with the Ab Dolly. It was one of my favorites! The staff at OTF Sugarhouse is top notch and so much fun!

What do you like about our workout?

I enjoy everything: The coaches, the science behind it, the fact that it's never the same thing. I always leave feeling great and get excited to come back even after 3 years

I love everything about OTF! The coaches are great, the workouts are challenging and there’s a huge sense of community! I love that all I have to do is show up!

I love OT it has been such a fun experience. Everyone is welcoming, workouts are fun and challenging! I love the coaches and it’s worth every penny!!

What do you like about our workout?

First, the coach!! She was amazing at keeping me motivated and engaged throughout the workout without making me feel bad or pushed beyond my limit. She was awesome at explaining the workout and had such a great energy. I also loved having the monitor that not only helped me gauge my output and where I need to either push harder or go easier, therefore maximizing my workout, but it gave me an obtainable short goal of earning those spat points! Finally, the other members were fantastic. During my first class so many members came up and introduced themselves to me and stayed after to talk. It's the kind of environment that you want in a gym, accepting friendly people who all have the same goals.

I tried to beat my Boss on the treadmill. I like that. I think Billie was a good trainer.

I love that I can’t over think it. I show up and am directed on what to do, how to do it, how long to do it. It gives my brain a break along with the best work out.

The program, coaches and staff are all great! High energy and awesome workout environment; like to track my stats and progress throughout. Great addition to my weekly lifting and conditioning workouts

What do you like about our workout?

The atmosphere is great, it is not a competition with anyone but myself but it is cool to see how the class is doing. The music is good for the most part, I would like a little more older tunes if possible? haha. Having a great time so far, looking forward to some great results!

The variety. I like that there is a bit of competitive push, it helps me work harder. I enjoy the trainers, and I don’t have to think what my workout should be. I like the sign up process, it gets you to the gym!

What do you like about our workout?

I enjoyed the challenge of becoming more healthy and fit. The template creators do a good job of getting a pretty good overall workout and I enjoy not having to plan anything other than when I go to work out.
