I love the full body work out that we get every day! It's fun, quick paced and challening.
I love that I can just come and do the workout the coaches tell me to do. I don't have to pre-plan or think or wonder if I'm doing the right thing. I usually like the music, and I've made some new friends. Thanks, OTF!
Love coming but I miss being able to warm up before class. I’m not in my 20’s anymore and just need the few extra minutes to walk on the treadmill, which is normally where I start. Also I don’t like that you have to put your membership on hold for a whole 30 days. When my ankle was having issues I needed a couple of weeks, not a whole month off. Those are the main issues. I do love the instructors and everyone’s sweet dispositions.
I like how I can always be challenged. I like how the heart rate updates on its own now. It would be cool if it gave a date that it is updated on the app!

The workouts are so different! Coaches are FABULOUS!!!

You don’t have to think about “what to do”to get a great workout! A coach coaches you to get an amazing workout!
I am addicted! When I first started to come, it was so hard! I had to force myself out of bed. I have now gotten to the point where I love coming! It is so fun to have the encouragement and support of amazing coaches! The staff welcomes me by name each morning and makes me feel valued. I love working out at Orange Theory!!!

I go to OT Salt Lake most of the time because Coach Jeff Paull is the best motivator and takes a personal interest in my health. I do go to Sugarhouse OT once a week for convenience (and Jeff doesn't teach at the time I need that day), but I prefer Jeff's classes at Salt Lake.

The energy and programming. Orangetheory is fast paced upbeat workout that can be tailored to fit what the individual needs to stay fit, able and healthy.
I've only done it once, so I'm sure I will have more to say as I continue on. The Orange Theory is a good idea... the visual helps you understand where you are at and can be very motivating.
I love the energetic atmosphere that is provided during the workouts. There is a sense of “family” among the coaches and participants that I haven’t ever experienced anywhere else. It feels like a personal training session and I love that the workouts are different each time. Come join the family you won’t regret it!
