What do you like about our workout?

The coaches are great! It’s only an hour and is something different every day. You can just go, do what the coaches tell you, and get a great workout.

What do you like about our workout?

We attend OTF studios in different locations. Park city is, and has always been our favorite.
There are several reasons. Strong management is the main reason. Some studios seem to have a loosely organized staff. Sometimes the coach seems to be in charge. Other times someone behind the reception desk. Things can get chaotic between classes.
Park City always seems well organized and under control. The coaches are consistently excellent. The music does not blow out your eardrums. Stations are selected in advance. Everything just flows.

What do you like about our workout?

I love orange theory because every day is a challenge! Literally, I always think to myself that there me is no way it can get any harder, and then low and behold, the next day is even harder! At the same time, there is no easier workout in the world easier because isll you have to do is show up! All of the workouts are properly programmed so you are gaining something different everyday and you don’t even have to think about it. Lastly, there is no motivation like the OTF coaches cheering you on, challenging you and pushing you to your limits! They are an enthusiastic, optompistic and they have killer jams that pump you up snd get you going! OTF for life! 🧡

I love the Coaches and the Front of the house Staff. They always make me feel welcomed. The coaches watch my back to make sure I am doing things correctly.

What do you like about our workout?

I love how good, fun, and varying the workouts are. I really enjoying moving around to the three different stations - it gives just the right amount of variety to each workout without being too overwhelming or complex.
I also love the energy that the trainers bring to each workout - they're very personable, passionate, great at helping out, and awesome at creating a positive environment.

What do you like about our workout?

You are challenged, yet you can work at your own pace. I'm 63 and the rapid, changing sequence is essential to ensure optimal brain, motor function coordination for balance, etc. It's not enough to just go step after step on a walk or hike, you need to mix it up. Once this area of the brain is gone, it's gone. I'd highly recommend OT and any age!

Great staff, overall.
