You don't have to think about what to do. Someone is there to keep you accountable. It's a hard workout.

I love that OTF workouts hit all dimensions of being fit. You can lean out, build muscle , and increase your endurance. The coaches are trained professionals and fantastic. The workouts are easy to scale to your level of fitness. It is a very motivating environment and I would recommend OTF to anyone interested in bettering their health.
Your don’t get bored with them. They are changing all the time.

I have way too many things to think about in my day. If I had to plan a workout with equipment and times- I wouldn’t do it. I need to just show up and do what someone else has designed and prepared for me. OT provides that.

I'm losing weight! Losing weight was the goal. I have been a member of other gyms and it is hard to track progress. What I like about OT is the daily challenge that I set myself. I know if I get the 12 Splat points I'm burning calories the rest of the day!
