I love the monitors, the coaches, the circuits. I like that we have tiny breaks to get back to base and we can track push and all out. It’s all super motivating.

What do you like about our workout?

The coaches giving easy-to-follow and direct instructions for each workout, and the pushing you just past your limit for just long enough that you get a good workout, but not so much that you pass out.

I feel fantastic afterwards. I show up and the coaches show me what exercises to do. I feel like I’m missing something in my day if I don’t make it to do a workout.

What do you like about our workout?

My favorite thing about an Orangetheory workout out is that I don’t have to think and I am always pushed! I always leave feeling accomplished and proud of myself. The coaches are encouraging and attentive- overall amazing. I love Holladay OTF!

What do you like about our workout?

I love that OTF workouts hit all dimensions of being fit. You can lean out, build muscle , and increase your endurance. The coaches are trained professionals and fantastic. The workouts are easy to scale to your level of fitness. It is a very motivating environment and I would recommend OTF to anyone interested in bettering their health.

I have way too many things to think about in my day. If I had to plan a workout with equipment and times- I wouldn’t do it. I need to just show up and do what someone else has designed and prepared for me. OT provides that.

I like the whole body workout, variety, and ability to modulate intensity based on heart rate. I like the instructors.

What do you like about our workout?

I'm losing weight! Losing weight was the goal. I have been a member of other gyms and it is hard to track progress. What I like about OT is the daily challenge that I set myself. I know if I get the 12 Splat points I'm burning calories the rest of the day!
