In North Orem, the front desk staff are friendlier than anywhere in the world! (and I've been to a lot of locations around the world). The coaches are so energizing and friendly I love them
I have been a member for years and been to a number of different studios. I LOVE OTF Park City and all the staff. Everyone is amazing. I can’t say that about every studio I have been to…. So that is pretty important for me! Not to mention the workouts are always great too

Orange Theory has been such a fun experience! The energy is always amazing, the coaches are incredible friendly, and I always feel better after a workout there.
Love the energy from the coaches! Love that I don't have to wonder what to do to get the most out of my workout- they walk us through it. Love love the focus on splat points- it adds an extra layer of motivation on the individual workouts themselves. Very fun, very difficult, very worth it!
I love that once I get there, I turn my life over to the wonderful, fun, caring coaches...where I just do what I'm told to do. I leave after 60 minutes feeling alive, refreshed, and sweaty. My days after a great Orangetheory work out just simply go better. The studio is clean, with everything sanitized. The showers are there if you need them, and, truth be told, cleaner than my bathrooms at home! :) Best of all, are all the wonderful friendships I've made with like-minded fun people!

Always a good soreness
When I had knee surgery a few years ago, I knew I would probably never be able to run the way I used to again. I had been a marathoner for years, and I didn't know how to fill the hole left when I no longer had that outlet. Orange Theory has finally given me a chance to work out in the same intense way I did before but in a format that my body was a little more happy with. Plus, the ability to schedule my workouts and get rid of the excuse of being "too tired" or "not in the mood" has made me more consistent again. I love everything that Orange Theory has given back to me.
