What do you like about our workout?

If you go regularly you will work all the muscle groups as well as getting a good cardio workout at every class. I like to eat so the workout helps me burn the calories I need to cheat on my diet every now and then.
I also like that I meet a lot of like minded friends. We dread the workout before class but are elated afterwards. I love my OT family.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the variety, the fact that I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do. I also like the late cancel fee because it keeps me accountable and prevents me from making excuses.

TRUST ME I am a PRIME example of "I HATE to exercise, its so boring and hard". BUT, after my daughter "DRAGGED ME" kicking and screaming to try it "Just once please Daddy" i went and i really loved it! The science behind the routines and the full hour of coaching that accompanies each workout, and how good i feel after and throughout my busy day, its all very much worth while.THANK YOU Orange Theory!

What do you like about our workout?

I love that I'm just told what to do. I don't have to think or wonder what's next. The coaches tell me and I do it, and although I push myself, it never feels overwhelming. There is enough changeups that it never gets discouraging.

What do you like about our workout?

I can really push myself and make a workout as challenging as I want or need to. I love that once I’ve signed up for a class, I’m committed to show up and I need that!
