I love the coaches and the staff at the south Jordan orange theory! They make you feel important and want to help you accomplish your goals!
I have tried many things to lose weight and get back in shape I bought gym memberships I tried CrossFit Etc... this is the only thing that I have stuck with and have actually liked the instructors are all awesome Haley and Hannah at the front desk are always very helpful and motivating it’s a great place I would give it 10 out of 10 stars. If you want something that is really motivating and truly works come here.

Someone has taken all the guesswork out of it and done all the thinking to give me a great overall workout. Now I just do what they tell me and I’m golden! Love that there are coaches there to help and explain and tweak my form and push me harder than I would push myself on my own. Also love that all info about my performance has been measured and tracked for me! So worth it! Love the friendly, clean, spacious atmosphere too.
Tornado and coach was great
I like that the workout is broken into manageable pieces. I'm not a runner but because the treadmill is broken into small pieces it makes it doable. Anyone can do anything for 1 minute, 45 seconds, 30 seconds - no matter how hard it is.
I like the music...I like it really loud. I think the workout goes by quickly. The number of calories and splat points are the reward at the end.
It was a great exercise. Just looking for the best financial time to get on the exercise monthly.

I love OTF. My only complaint is that they have charged me 12 dollars a few times when I was sick or got called into work last minute. I wish they had a policy that allowed this feed to be waived in these circumstances. Nevertheless, I've still referred people to OTF because I love the people especially Jeff! He's the best!

It’s a great workout in a fun atmosphere. The time just flies by and I feel fantastic afterward. Perfect way to start the day.
Full body workout in only one hour. That’s my kind of workout.
Fast paced, high intensity, lots of modifications! Coach was very motivating and kept the energy going. Loved it!
Orange Theory is a great total body one hour workout. I would highly recommend the Park City location. Great music and instruction! The gym itself is very clean and people are very friendly.
It’s different every time and that is so nice so you don’t get bored of the same work out over and over
I love how intense it is, how adaptable it is, and I REALLY liked the trainer. He was super attentive to the fact that it was my first time there, and checked in with me continually the entire workout. He helped me make adjustments (since it was a really intense workout for me), and still gave everyone the appropriate attention. He was an amazing trainer,
I travel between Nevada and Utah quite a bit and I have to say I really miss my Orem Utah OT coaches!!

For the record....Justin’s music makes me happy! Amanda is awesome cause she just goes around paying extra attention to people on the weight floor! It’s fun to watch her hand people extra weight or a botsu ball to create a little more of a challenge.....unless it’s me. Ha ha. Erin is seriously the nicest and makes everyone feel happy to be there working out!
