i love that i am able to come sweat for an hour and not think about anything. the workouts and the coaches have everything laid out for me. they explain everything and i really feel like they are watching me and giving me specific feedback to improve my performance.

What do you like about our workout?

The variety of the workouts. It never gets boring. The motivating coaches help me push myself harder than I would just going to the gym. This is a great overall fitness workout.

What do you like about our workout?

All the traditional gym obstacles are removed when I workout at OTF. All I have to do is show up and do the work. No thinking. No wondering what to do next. No fighting for machines or equipment. Just follow the workout and enjoy the encouragement from the motivating trainers. Joining OTF has been the single best decision I’ve made for my health and fitness.

What do you like about our workout?

It is a great variety of cardio, weight, and total body exercises. Every workout is different and works different muscle groups. The heart rate zone training really encourages you to strive to get into the orange and red zones to maximize the benefits from each workout.

The BEST workout I've ever had. I am a true believer in science based/heart-rate monitoring during a fitness routine. The results are incredible and the workout is fun, energizing, and goes fast. I've not been this fit since...EVER!

What do you like about our workout?

The Park City, Utah Orange Theory Fitness Studio is one of the best equipped studio I have been to so far. I'm comparing it to studios that I have been to in Florida, (Trinity, Largo,). There are plenty of stations and multiple elliptical and bikes, not to mention the size and layout of the studio giving plenty of space on the floor/bench area as not to be on top of the person working out next to you. It is also well maintained, clean and airy.

I loved your instructor Kara. I was from out of town— Virginia where she previously worked at OTF Dunn LORING. She made me feel very welcome to your club. I appreciated her passion for fitness and the wellbeing of her members. Bravo Park city, you are running a great club and so lucky to have Kara on your team. From the minute I walked in the door, the vibe in your studio was awesome. I love how you recognize out of town guests. Wish your studio could be my home town studio. =)
