What do you like about our workout?

I love when the workouts are 3G!! It’s a great mix of cardio and weights. Trainers keep everyone on track and I don’t have to think about my workout. Just do what I’m told.

What do you like about our workout?

I feel motivated, the atmosphere, coaches, and the sense of community when I go to class. Everything from the music and the different workouts everyday make it challenging and fun. I love my coaches, the encouragement I feel from them when I reach my goals. The front desk associates are wonderful. They help me with scheduling appointments and make me feel comfortable. I love my experience every time.

What do you like about our workout?

I like being in a class where you actually have to try to keep up. I really am impressed with the heart monitor and being able to check my heart rate while working out. My family has a history of heart issues and it helps me to have the monitor. The studio is always clean and the coaches are motivating.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the loud music that plays, how the coaches motivate you throughout the entire workout, the dimmed lights make me less self conscious. I like the schedule and routine of OT

Best workout around! In one hour I can accomplish more than I can working out alone. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and push you to do your best every class.

What do you like about our workout?

I show up and don’t have to think about the workout. I can clear my head from the day and just enjoy it (or get my butt kicked - which is also great). Either way it’s a wonderful workout and the best self care I do for me!! I love the coaches, staff, and community of people.

I love the music playlist, it's so current! What I don't appreciate is the request to have a card on file when there is already one. Please stop requesting that to members who are visiting.

What do you like about our workout?

I love how they are very structured and I don't have to think about what I have to do for a work out. I love how the workouts are shown on a big screen to refer back to. I also love how the coaches demonstrate each workout and show you different ways to do them incase you have an injury.
