The best thing about OTF workouts...you just have to show up. The hard work of figuring out what to do is already done for you. You get a full body workout, always. I never regret going. And the coaches.....they are upbeat, friendly, encouraging, knowledgeable and A+ in my book!

I like that the workouts are different and challenging every day. It matters to me that the coaches and staff know our names and welcome us in every day. They are really great at that. I like that if I just show up and follow the coaching I get a fabulous workout that goes fast! Coach Danielle, Marie and Bitty take the time to really watch us on the weight floor and teach us how to do things correctly. Danielle is especially passionate about that. That is where I need help so that I don’t get hurt so I really appreciate that individual support.
I am able to push myself harder than I can on my own. The coaches are top notch and the other members are kind, welcoming and encouraging!
As a busy working mom, I don’t have the bandwidth to walk into a gym and think about a workout. I love that it’s all done for me and I just do what I’m told.
Love the way the workouts mix it up every day! And the coaches at OTF Ogden are all amazing. My only regret is that I didn't join when it first opened.

Challenges me!
I love that it takes the guesswork out of exercising, it's really fun and never boring, the coaches are amazing, there's a community feel to it, and the results are great! You can't find this anywhere else!
I don’t have to think about it. It is different every day. The workouts are created to benefit me and work out every area. Some workouts are strength and others are endurance. I do things during these workouts that I would not do on my own.
Different every time
It is a total body work out with enough variation day to day to keep it interesting. I am hooked.
The workout is ever changing. I don’t have to figure what’s best for me. All i want is to be in better physical condition for a longer life.
I just love everything about it. Having my workouts planned out, music bumping, coach to demo and correct form and cheer me on!

I love having a whole group doing the same work out together. One of the big benefits of it is the feeling of camaraderie. Another huge positive factor is that I find myself competing against the people closest to me and it ends up giving me a great work out in the end.
Like the variety of workouts tho the format is similar.
Some of the coaches are my favorite. Tara is fabulous. Greg is relatively new but he is a great addition. Miss Keri and Rachel.
I really like the Lift classes and the focus on strength. Hope they stay.
The community and coaches are great. I have been going almost 7 years which is the longest I have ever stuck with a program. The coaches care and will help with modifications when injured and challenge me when I am not challenging myself. We have amazing owners that keep up with new equipment. I’ve made lifelong friends. I can’t say enough about OTF!
That I can come in, not think about what I have to do, work at my own pace and get the best workout it.
