What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are always great. What makes a workout fun for me is the coach. Orange theory in South Jordan has some of the best motivating coaches in the business.

What do you like about our workout?

The coaches transform the workout from a list of songs and exercises to a phenomenal workout that is efficient, effective, and FUN! Coaches work hard at keeping me safe in form, modifications if needed, and challenged when I need to take itto next level.

What do you like about our workout?

I like how every workout is different. I attend classes 5 to 6 days a week and I know every class will be challenging. It is a comfortable space to exercise and the atmosphere is perfect. The music that is played keeps you energized. The other members are friendly and encouraging and the coaches are awesome! They help you understand the exercise and how to get the best results from your workout. The coaches challenge you and truly care about what you need or want from your workout. I love Orange Theory so much that I will never go anywhere else.

What do you like about our workout?

It’s the best hour of my day-that’s what I tell all my friends, and I truly believe it too. Between the coaches and the changing workout templates and the challenges, orange theory is truly the best thing I get to do for myself.

I’m very busy with work and family. I need a workout that I don’t have to think about. With Orange Theory I just need to get there and an hour I'm done.

What do you like about our workout?

I like getting a full body workout without having to do the planning. It’s great to work out along side other people, all doing the same thing.

Being able to monitor heart rate in real time keeps me working hard and the coaches are all encouraging and give great feedback on form.

I love Orange Theory. I love the owners, the trainers, all the staff, and the members. I feel like we are family. Not only is it an awesome work out, but it’s a safe fun place for me to be. I’m so glad that I am able to be a member

What do you like about our workout?

Since the pandemic started, we haven't had any "team" workouts. I prefer this and I am glad we've gone nearly two years without being paired up with someone I don't know.

Keeping track of what zone I am in and getting those splat points keeps me working hard! The staff and coaches are also amazing!

OTF is the greatest workout program I've ever done. It targets every muscle group and I have become a stronger athlete, and specifically runner, from it. The coaches are amazing and all the staff is so supportive.

What do you like about our workout?

Varies each and every day. The coaches make the workout fun, but challenge you not to slack off. I like that I can show up and get the workout done, focus on my effort, not whether I need to work out in a certain way or focus on a certain workout type. The workouts are challenging but rewarding.
