I share the news about OrangeTheory and especially about the Lehi studio to everybody I know. Business associates, especially, are compelled by how well these classes fit our schedules and nature. We need to be there on time or we miss. There's no competition against others, but there's a scoreboard on the wall and honor at stake and our clients can't reach us for the next hour anyway, so BRING IT. Great coaches, great classes, and always worthwhile.

I love the fact that I have to attend or lose money. It is the only way I will stick with a morning workout. Motivation is my problem! Also, I love the high tech machines and monitoring. The email stats that come after the workouts are awesome as well.
I have delicate knees. Most of the weight lifting sessions involve bouncing up and down in exercises that are not knee friendly. I skip a chunk of the workout or do slow, controlled movements. I noticed after the first O.T. workout my knees were angry. The good news is I have the option to modify postures, so it still works form me!

I love what a great intense well rounded work out I get every time. I just show up and the fabulous coaches take over. I can noticeably lift heavier and run/row more easily since I started almost a year ago. I’ve gained muscle that I’ve really never had before. I really enjoy OTF, it’s probably the best workout program I’ve ever done!
By far the best workout regimen I’ve ever done. Me and my husband have been members for four years and are still challenged by every single workout. Amazing coaches that always keep us motivated and do their very best to make every experience top notch. We love OTF!
After 2 years at OTF, I still make it a priority to attend 5-6 days a week. How you may ask? I haven't had the same workout twice, the coaches energy and attention keep me focused and I like the way I feel mentally and physically!

I love the energy, coaches, workouts and timing.
Having a coach motivating you and making sure you are performing the exercises correctly, not only helps you prevent injuries, it keeps you motivated, you hit your fitness goals faster. I personally love that there are plenty of classes throughout the day, everyday so there is no excuse not to show up. It is a whole body workout, high intensity, fun and it works for me.
It’s like having a personal trainer but in a group environment. So much fun!
