What do you like about our workout?

I have loved Orange Theory. It is the only workout program that pushes me to the limit. I always feel so good after I finish. I feel good because I got a good work out but also because I know that I accomplished something that was hard.

I have loved all the coaches that run the classes and feel like they know me and know what I need to be pushed. They also believe that I can do it as well. That is what gives me satisfaction after a good work out.

Way to go Orange Theory Fitness!

What do you like about our workout?

I like the fact that it is always different and challenges me in different ways both endurance and strength on the treadmill on the floor as well as on the rower. I like the music choice most of the time as well

What do you like about our workout?

Variety and progress! OTF is structure so that you’re constantly beating yourself. I love using higher weights, running faster and feeling stronger. Coaches are amazing!!!! And it’s one of the bigger studios I’ve been to, it’s all around an amazing workout!

I have been going to OT for 3 years now. I love it!! I can honestly say that it is something that I look forward too during my week. I have found great success with my health goals when I am eating properly and then getting my exercise at OT.
I love that the routien changes daily, so I never get bored with my workout. I love that my coaches know me and are very encouraging. Being a member of Orange Theory has been one of the best decissions that I've made in regards to my health.

What do you like about our workout?

The mix and intensity of exercises in ~55 minutes is great. The ability to monitor yourself on heart rate and 'splat points', the energy from the people around you and the music, and the wonderful set of trainers are all things I like about my Orange Theory gym.

What do you like about our workout?

Orange is seriously my favorite! I crave it! The trainers are all awesome and the workouts are killer. The fast pace and high intensity makes it so I don’t get bored.

It is the best cardio workout ever!!! You can challenge yourself even more than the coaches push you (and they push you!)
Lehi OTF coaches are awesome and know their stuff! Studio Manager is the best!!! MC's are the best!!!

What do you like about our workout?

I love that I don’t have to use one ounce of my brain power to think about the workout. I walk in, kick my butt, do what the trainer says for an hour, and I feel like a new person on my way out! This is the best thing I have done for myself in years
