What do you like about our workout?

I like that it mixes cardio, resistance, and flexibility all into one package. I also like how the heart is strengthened by varying intensity throughout.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the energy. I love that I don’t have to think about what exercises to do.

I would love love love it if the time would run to the 60 minute. We all want to see how many calories we can burn including the cool down.

What do you like about our workout?

I am facing some medical conditions and am hopeful the worst is behind me. My Doctor encouraged me to plug into an aerobic and strengthening program. He told me he personally attends Orange Theory and recommended I do the same. The classes have been really difficult for me, but...

a. Am I better today than when I started? Yep.
b. Is it getting easier? Hmmm, maybe certain routines are while others remain hard to get
through, especially those that require balance or lower back and leg strength.

Although the workouts are difficult, I found a couple allies and encouragers in Coach Chelsie and David. When routines become too difficult or they see me struggling, they are always ready and willing to provide options. Their dynamics and encouragement keep me, keeping on. As my coach and trainer, they have helped me overcome both physical and mental barriers, They have prompted and caused me to achieve more than I thought possible.

Using the heart rate monitor allows for accurate intensity in a 55 minute workout.

What do you like about our workout?

Orangetheory workouts push me harder than I would if I was on my own. I love the group setting, coaches and the people I meet in class. The classes always seem to go by fast and each class is different so you don't get bored. Orangetheory has helped me get in the best shape of my life. OTF is the best!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the streamlined work out. The coaches are attentive and show they care about my progress. The workouts are applicable to advanced athletes or those just starting out. I can take it at my pace and my heart rate. Because of this feature I can focus on my progress and not compare myself to others. I like that the people who come to the classes are invested in their health/workout and not just a bunch of meatheads standing around comparing muscles and objectifying bodies.

OTF has a special atmosphere and vibe about it, one that I personally have never experienced at any gym. Every staff member and coach sincerely care and provide an extraordinary experience, not to mention the workout routines are awesome. I have been a member for over 4 years now, I simply cannot get enough and I am in the best shape of my life! Thank you OTF, keep burning.

I love how convenient the location is as well multiple classes every single day to choose from. I can always find a time that works with my schedule. The trainers are so helpful and motivating. The workouts are tough but totally do-able for all fitness levels.

What do you like about our workout?

I have a few comments:
Could you please look at having the 90 min class earlier in the morning on the weekend - either Sat or Sun.

Have more 20 and 25lb weights available. The classes are full and it's difficult to walk around to the other stations to ask to borrow weights.

When there is 15 mins between classes, can people enter the room to start warming up? I've been to other studios in California and this is allowed.

at first I was not sure and hesistant but after I was done with exercising, I felt so energized and felt good. I like the fact that you go to different cycles of exercise than being on same equipment the whole time. it was definitely fun even though I was out of breathe.

I love the efficiency of the workout and that it doesn’t require any prep work on my part. I just get to show up and get a great workout. I also LOVE the coaches.

What do you like about our workout?

You can make it as easy or hard as you want, but in the environment I felt like I wanted to push myself more than when I just exercise on my own. I didn't want to give up. I like that the workouts are familiar but different every time and that you can reserve your spot online instead of worrying about getting to the gym early to get a spot. It takes some stress out of it.
