Interval training and strength training at its best with a variety of workouts to make it feel new and challenging every day. Friendly and helpful coaches that motivate and make the time go by fast.

What do you like about our workout?

Orange theory is better than I imagined! The staff were so friendly and kind, I felt an immediate sense of belonging. The workout routines are fluid and flawless thanks to the trainers I don’t have to sit and question whether I’m doing something right or wrong.

The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging! I especially like Coach Nicole!! I push myself a lot harder in that setting than i would on my own!

What do you like about our workout?

I had a great experience all around. The staff was helpful and friendly. The coach that day, I believe her name is Julie, was great about making sure I felt comfortable and supported. I maybe could have benefitted from slightly more instruction on the weight floor, but I completely understand that she needed to assist the entire class, not just me. The workout was challenging and I loved having the ability to test how hard I was pushing myself by measuring how many minutes I was in each zone. Excited to continue with OT - can't wait to see the progress.

it’s such a good feeling to go and work out and the coaches make it so fun!! i am so glad i decided to sign up it was the best decision i’ve made! i’ve made tons of progress of getting muscle and staying in shape and it’s something for anyone and everyone!!

Regardless of location OTF offers results. That’s what I’m like about the program. I’ve been to at least a half dozen locations in the West and they all deliver.

What do you like about our workout?

I love Orange Theory. It is an awesome and effective workout that has gotten me results. I am stronger and healthier than I've been in a long time. I also appreciate the patience, encouragement, and accommodations the coaches provided post-injury. It's just such a positive and supportive environment. Thanks to OTF Sugar House I am participating in a trail running series and feeling good! It's awesome!

The thing I love the most about OTF is no matter how long you have been a member, how many times a week you go or how many classes you have attended, the workouts kick your butt like it was the first time you set foot in the studio! It’s an excellent workout and always recommend it to my friends, family and random people I meet! :)

The group setting inspires me to push harder. Moving from tread to rowing to weights keeps it interesting. Great instructors keep me motivated.
