What do you like about our workout?

Each hour is a challenge, I leave sore but so encouraged. The community is welcoming regardless of what session I attend. And each trainer has made each session electric.

I never enjoyed exercising until I joined Orangetheory Fitness!!!

What do you like about our workout?

It was a lot of fun to learn about the heart rate training and gage throughout the class. I really liked the layout and organization of the class as well.

Get more of a workout in 60 minutes at OTF than I do hours at the gym

I get more of a workout in the 60 minutes than I would for 2.5 hours on my own.

I love the motivation the coaches (Chelsi,Dave,Angie,Dana) give you. Chelsi will push you to your ability and I love it. I love the atmosphere. Everyone belongs no matter what stage your at. It has made me a better an healthier me.

What do you like about our workout?

That there was someone there to push & encourage you! Chelsi made me feel confident to be there she even introduced herself to me & talked to me after the workout! AMAZING coach made me feel like i’ve know her for years!

What do you like about our workout?

I took my first Orangetheory class this week and LOVED it. I’ve been hearing about it from friends for months and finally gave in, and now I am obsessed! The workout is fun, engergetic, and so engaging. For my first time I was greeted and helped through the entire time by the nicest people, that made it so welcoming!
I absolutely love Orangetheory

I love that the workouts are challenging and different every time. I don't have to figure out what to do. I just show up and the coaches push me to perform and improve.

What do you like about our workout?

Trainer guiding through the workout, lots of variations in the workouts, fun environment and fun music and fun place to workout. Get a good workout in short amount of time.

In all honesty. I love everything about it. HIIT, Endurance, Strength, and Power. I can get one of these workouts on any given day. The Coaches are amazing. The Member Consultants are beyond helpful. It’s a family atmosphere, and I love it! OTF for life🧡🧡🧡

What do you like about our workout?

I love that the coaches are so willing to help accommodate any injury or physical limitation that I might have. I didn’t have to stop coming to class when I sprained my knee and that helped me stay in the habit of coming. Their motivation and support has kept me coming for nearly a year now, and I’m more hooked than ever ( if that’s even possible). #OTFForLife

What do you like about our workout?

I hadn’t really worked out regularly in years. Orangetheory has been great to transition back in to a healthy lifestyle. The coaches and front desk staff are friendly and encouraging. I like being told exactly what to do and when- it keeps me moving and gets it done. Everything is clearly explained and demonstrated. While I can’t see any visible changes YET, I’m getting stronger and my body is working better all around. I’m proud of myself for what I’ve accomplished so far.

What do you like about our workout?

I am 58 years old, used to be pretty fit, lost strength and endurance between menopause and some health issues and just the one free class has shown me I'm not done yet. I will regain my strength and be better than ever. Would I recommend Orangetheory? Heck yes! Sign up for a free class. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

It took me 18 month to decide to commit to OT! Like they say, walking through the door is the hardest part. I am so glad I did. I was welcomed warmly and made to feel very comfortable. I am a bigger gal and not very active (until now) but it didn't matter. They helped and supported me without judgement. I am excited to reach my health goals an OT will see that I get there.

What do you like about our workout?

That it is somewhat personal as to how hard you push or if suffering an injury as I did recently there is flexibility. No workout is the same.
