What do you like about our workout?

This was a typical OTF workout - well led and intense. First time visiting this studio and it is an awesome place, lots of room and my and my wife were welcomed in from the start. In other words, just another OTF family.

What do you like about our workout?

The workout was very organized and so much fun! The coach, Anthony, was super welcoming and up beat It was my first class and he took the time to breakdown my results and explained to me what I was looking at. Rochelle was very informative during orientation, and gave a great tour of the facility. Mackenzie was awesome! She was so positive and welcoming as well. The entire staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back!

What do you like about our workout?

I love working out at Orange Theory. The workouts are always interesting (even if they do include burpees), and I feel like I am building muscle fast! The coaches are always supportive and the receptionists are always trying to help!

The workout is always challenging, and it’s different every time. It allows you to go in fresh and face a new challenge head-on. The coaches are so encouraging without being pushy—it’s a perfect balance. The workouts ultimately make me feel empowered, strong, and capable.

I had a blast it was very beneficial and I know it was A wonderful experience with a great group of hard-working motivated individuals cheering each other on focused centered and there to assist if needed I would definitely go again and be honored to share my experience of my first initial work out there to others

What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are diverse and intense. I feel I've gotten a great work-out every single time I participate and the coaches are energetic, motivational and very knowledgeable. I feel very supported in my work-out and can reach out at any time if I have a question or just want more information and/or knowledge. OTF really works for me!

What do you like about our workout?

Encouraging and easy to follow what your body is telling you. Lingo is a little confusing at first, but you just follow what others are doing and its pretty good.
