Camaraderie and challenge of workout
I love that I don’t have to think about my workouts. I have enough to think about during the rest of my day. When I go to orange I can switch if my brain and just workout. It’s I love that I’m guaranteed a great mix of cardio and heavy lifting. Music is usually on point as well!
I love how the work outs are completely customizable for every fitness level. The coaches are incredible and so encouraging. This is the most fun you can have working out.

It’s like walking into Cheers but with weights, rowers, and treadmills. Oh, and Coach is there, too. Good times.
I LOVE Simpsonville Orangetheory. The coaches are encouraging and make me want to work harder and the front desk staff are always so friendly and encouraging as well.
It changes constantly. I don't have to think about anything during my workout other than doing what the coaches are telling me to do. Coaches and other members are all very supportive and helpful!!!
