OTF has been the only workout I have been able consistently stick with. The staff is so welcoming and always makes sure all of the members are able to safely push themselves to hit their goals.
I like the types of workouts, variety of treadmill runs and rowing. Love the days we use the Bosu ball and more weight workouts with a combo of abs and push-ups/Tricep push-ups.
High intensity and there is no need to plan a new workout everyday.

HIIT
I like endurance runs on the treadmill followed by distances on the tower with exercises in between. Cardio is my favorite part of the workouts
It’s always a great workout! Some days are more challenging than others which is one of the reasons I love coming here! And I always love the upbeat energy in the room!
