The coaches are extremely knowledgable and approachable. They are alway watching to make sure you are doing the exercises right so you don't hurt yourself. The biggest is everyone is like family, always rooting for each other.
I like how the workouts are easy to follow for anyone and offer a variety of muscles to be reached in a single session. The coaches motivate individuals in a positive way and it is very inclusive community where you fit right in.

The treadmill workout helps with my outdoor running and it's super intense so you feel like you're getting a good burn.

I’m new and I am loving it!!
I love that the workouts change and challenge me in different ways but that they can be scaled for your current abilities. They've made me appreciate some workouts or skills that weren't always my favorite, like cardio and pushups, because I see them helping me to do the things I enjoy more rowing or power moves.
OT classes are an experience I recommend.
Both classes so far have been well guided, high intensity workouts.
Doing it with my wife and she is loving the challenge also.
Tara has been a great guide and trainer.

Each day brings a different workout, and the class participants consist of a variety of different ages and gender with the common goal of getting the best exercise one wants to achieve. There
are challenges during the week/month where you can benchmark your improvements supported by excellent coaches.

What I like most about OTF is that the workouts can be tailored by each person to our abilities, in a way that's very natural. My 60+ self can get a great workout and so can the uber-fit college student on the next tread. We all win! And the supportive atmosphere can't be beat.
I like how fast paced the workouts are, I am able to burn as many calories as possible in 60 minutes.
