Structure
I enjoy the diversity of the work outs.I enjoy working out different muscle groups on different days for a well rounded week of exercise. I love the energy and kindness of the coaches, they are never too busy for you, They make you feel like you have a personal trainer all to yourself. I have never looked so forward to going to the gym as I do now. The place is immaculately clean, and all equipment maintained in perfect condition. They sales associates are excellent in helping meet all your needs. It is the Cheers of gyms.......... where everyone knows your name! {and where you like to start and the exact number of your favorite station.}
I like the variety and the energy level.
I have been wanting to try Orange Theory for years and I absolutely loved the combination of cardio and strength in a fun, fast-moving format. A great workout!

I love that it is different every class and you can make it what you want.
The workout are created to fit any ability level. You have the opportunity to challenge yourself if you can but you also have options to make it "easier".

I like that I don't have to think about anything when I walk through those doors. The workouts are different every time which keeps it exciting and never boring. The instructors are full of energy and very specific in their directions for you. At first I was nervous that I wouldn't know how to do something - but they make it so clear and understandable with advice on techniques to having proper form to speed and incline on the treadmill and everything in between. I also love the music and the overall energy of being there. I would highly recommend OTF.
The best
It has made me a better competitive runner. The rowing and the floor exercises are building the core strength that I need for my next half-marathons.
Love the workouts because they offer different routines and exercises each class. The classes are challenging and the coaches are friendly and informative.
It eases me in in the beginning and I always end up getting a tough workout in the end.

It is an hour and I don’t have to think about what I want to do for a workout! Also, I push myself a little harder in these classes than I would working out by myself.
#1 - The intensity of the workout is what I make it. The pace and duration offer the opportunity for it to be very intense, but I can exert myself less if necessary.
#2 - I don't have to think. I just have to move. Despite what would seem chaotic, it's not at all. The coaches do an excellent job of guiding everyone through the numerous transitions.
#3 - The workout offers cardio. The workout offers resistance training. And there is an ample amount of both.
#4 - Thanks to the constant coaching through the changes in tempo and exercises, time moves quickly. And that says a lot coming from someone who's average workout duration was previously about 6 minutes, not 60.

I love how you get a full body workout each time. I also love that whether you're looking for a PR or just a day of movement, you can adjust the workout to your personal needs/feelings.
I love getting bossed around and told what to do the right way. So many places just leave you to it by yourself. Form is most important and all the Coaches in Albany know that. They are all fantastic. When I have a question about form they are always willing to help.
