i like that it’s always delivering different workouts that keep it interesting. i also appreciate the way the program can adapt to your individual needs. I am no longer able to run due to a knee injury so the bike is a great option for me.
mostly what keeps me coming to class are my friends working out with me and the quality instructors that are so supportive, energetic and nice.
The coaches and staff are amazing and motivating. The work outs are challenging fun and fresh! The other members are very friendly, its a great community

I really love the consistency and the fact that I leave every class feeling good about what I accomplished during that class.
It’s a quick, fun workout and all the coaches are very helpful. I love that the heart rate monitor and app tracks your workouts for you and makes it easy to see how hard you worked.
I love OTF!!! The workouts are a 10!!!! The coaches are always engaged with the class and they keep you motivated the entire time. I love the variety of the workouts, they are never boring or redundant. The staff is friendly and knows everyone’s name!
Coaches are great and you are in and out -- once you are out you have accomplished something !
Orange Theory is like having a personal trainer that you can see any day of the week! It motivates me to reach my goals and to push myself harder each week. I like that each class is structured in a way to challenge your muscles so that they don't get used to the same workout.
I like the mix between the floor, rower and treadmill. It keeps it exciting. The staff are super engaged and always looking to push you.
That I don’t have to think about about a plan. I come in and it’s already set and I’m accountable. Also the motivation to push me to be better really helps

The coaches are fantastic and I love the varied workouts. Music is essential to get us moving early in the morning and the playlists are bringing out our best. The gym is upbeat and encouraging in every circumstance.

I love the friendly atmosphere, accountability and motivation of each class. All coaches are super helpful when it comes from corrections or any questions that I may have. I also like the mix of weights and cardio.
