It’s a comprehensive workout that hits on both cardio and strength — and changes every day. There is no other routine that provides so much in a 45 or 60 minute session; however, the best parts are the community and coaches who intersect to provide a truly unique experience.

It is a comprehensive workout that varies everyday. The coaches at OT Victor are THE BEST!
That is only one hour.
And also is not like going to a regular gym.
The intensity and the challenge. The ability to workout with others. I like the technology aspect.
The varied levels of each exercise. I have not exercised in well over ten years, and I appreciate that I am able to get a good workout in and participate with the other patrons while also doing exercises at my level.
Like how it is balanced
It’s motivating, and fun and exciting! It’s different all the time! Pushes me and makes me feel like I don’t suck.

The template changes every day and insures you get a diversified workout. There is a positive vibe with the coaches, studio managers , and the participants . I have used OTF workouts to supplement by marathon running . Thx. Fred V.
