It y it s a good workout and I like the structure of it.
I like that the workout is different (with a different focus) every time I go. I like that the coaches (today was Brandon) notice little things about what we're doing (increasing our speed on the treadmill, mixed up on the exercise performance during the floor work) and remark on it such that we feel like we matter to them. I like that the combination of these factors prompt me to push myself harder in my workout than I would do on my own.
OTF makes it easy to get well-rounded training. No guesswork, just go and they tell you what to do.
Having constant coaching and direction
I really like the format and the instruction. I also like that I can usually choose where I start my workout. It is a clean facility and fun and fast for me.
The coaching. The coaches really help motivate me during the workout.
It's not the same class day after day, there are always ways to accommodate the exercises if needed, coaches are encouraging.
the classes bring in a nice variety of exercises. I find it quite motivating to be around such a hard working group of people.

What I like is that the coaches are very knowledgeable of their craft and so they know what works for your workout and if you need to have some limitations they have workouts for that as well. Last but not least I love the full body workout because nothing is missed.
