Fantastic and attentive staff, extremely knowledgeable coaches, and the workouts are challenging and so much fun! I've never actually looked forward to a class this much before - I highly recommend it

Instructors are very enthusiastic, knowledgeable. Facility is very clean, vibrant . Hope more classes can added throughout the day.

I love that the workout is split up in sections and you are constant moving! Also, I love that the coaches are there guiding and encouraging you the whole time! The lights and music are such and added bonus! Love everything about this class!

I love how the workout templates are always changing, keeping you on your toes and things interesting! I also love how there are repeat templates so you can see your progress! Even better, there are always options to modify or challenge yourself! The upbeat music and atmosphere combined with coaches who help you & push you to be your best is the cherry on top! Would very highly recommend booking a class to see what the hype is about... you won't be disappointed! 10/10! 🌟

What do you like about our workout?

I was admittedly skeptical at first. I've always worked out at home and thought the OTF price was pretty steep. I went to a couple of complimentary workouts and found I was hooked. I signed up for the "medium use" program and within a month, was committed to the premium. I now attend about 4x a week, sometimes more often and LOVE every class. The instructors and staff at OTF Lancaster are amazing!

What do you like about our workout?

Bryar and Alexa are wonderful! Anytime I have had questions everyone at the desk has been nothing but lovely.

And it’s a do able workout at any fitness level - you just level up as you get fitter.

You will feel amazing after an OTF workout! Each workout is different, you never have to plan a routine, it's all done for you. The coaching pushes you to do hard things. You will notice changes mentally and physically. It's scientific!

It is you against you! Coaches motivate you to go hard but you are not compared to anyone else. People in classes are supportive and encouraging. I feel healthier and stronger after every workout.

I love the workout! It is the best. I have referred several friends. I feel great when I do the workout. My daughter and son-in-law won the challenge in Boston! They joined after I brought them to Williamsville.
The instructors are fabulous.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the heart rate monitors and that the coaches are monitoring the OTB to make sure you are safe but pushing yourself. I also like that the workouts are different every time and that the coaches actively correct your form and offer tips to get the most from the work out of the floor.
