What do you like about our workout?

Richmond Ave OTF ROCKS!!! The front desk crew( no names needed because it’s literally everyone at the desk) is what makes you feel welcome and pumps you up for class.

The coaches are great, each coaches has a different style to their madness ( music, motivation and instruction). At the end it’s my hour to better myself with their tools and motivation.

The staff is very friendly. The facilities are very clean. The classes are great. The instructors are very motivating. I always feel extremely productive in the hour I put in.

What do you like about our workout?

Our workouts are different every single day. Coaches are high energy, engaging, and genuinely feel supportive.

I love that our workouts are coach guided. The coaches model each move and are encouraging throughout the workouts.

What do you like about our workout?

I’ve been going to Orange theory for 2 years now. 2.5 years ago I decided to get healthy, and my routine of working out here has been key in maintaining that health. The workouts are consistently challenging, but doable. The coaches are nice people who are well trained at what they do. They work hard at keeping us motivated and that is not an easy job. Age range is from College kids to middle age and up. The hardest part is getting myself there, once I’m there, I’m so happy I went.

It's a variety of exercises. Something different every time. I love that it works all parts of your body and your coach is like a personal trainer. It's a great way for me to stay on track and get a great workout done, so I can meet my goals.

Pushes me to do more than I would at the gym alone. I don't have to think or plan...just show up and do the workout. Feel energized/pumped up after completing it.

I love how inspiring the coaches, staff, and other members are. I love that I don’t have to think up a routine for my workout for the day. It’s ready for me to do when I walk in the door. I’m consistently inspired to push myself to be better.

What do you like about our workout?

I love orange theory how I can get an efficient and effective workout that I’m held accountable to attend to. I like how it’s like a personal trainer to help you do it correctly and motivate you but in a group setting but nobody talks to eachother we’re all just in the zone so I’m not needing to interact with anyone.
