I love Orange Theory! I have taken two classes thus far and it is great! The one thing that would make it better is if members received a referral discount. After my first week, I brought two people in and it would be great as a member to receive a discount for referrals.

What do you like about our workout?

The coaching !!! I thrive when the coach cheers me on and gives me goals to challenge myself. This is my first gym experience (I’m almost 40) and I learn so much from the coaches guidance. I enjoy the tech aspect as well, the splats and details during and after the work out keep me on target for my goals. Additionally the music and energy the coach bring to class keep me pushing on. Love my OTF!!!

What do you like about our workout?

The reason why I like orange theory is that the classes are challenging and each time you go there a little bit different. The instructors a knowledgeable. The choice of music is always exciting. In addition, the studio is clean and the staff is friendly.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that no class is ever the same. So no chance of getting bored. The coaches are fantastic, they help make sure your doing the floor work correctly and help you adjust/ provide modifications if needed. The coaches are very encouraging, they root you on and tell you your doing a great job. A great environment for working out.

It pushes me to do more. I love that I don't have to think about what to do and before I know it the class is over and I feel amazing.

I love the workouts and coaches at my studio. However, my complaint along with many others, is about the cancellation policy. It is ridiculous to be charged $12 for a late cancel in an 8 hour window. So much can change in 8 hours. 1-2 would be plenty of time to cancel a class and check to see if you are off a waitlist without being penalized. Also, for morning classes, if you sign up for 5/6 AM and are on a waitlist, you may not see until the morning you got off. By then it may be too late and you still get charged. Something needs to change with this entire policy.

The 60 minute worksouts are challenging and engaging. You are never bored with the workout routine. Everyday is a different workout.
